Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery credit card payments and Pay Pal. We unfortunately do not accept personal cheques, money orders, or direct bank transfers.

Order Processing Times

As many of our pieces are made to order, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery unless otherwise specified. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Rush delivery can be accommodated if the items are in stock via FedEx at higher rate.

Size & Measurements

Please refer to our size guide for general information on sizing. If you have any questions regarding measurements feel free to contact us and we would be happy to provide you with sizing specifics.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns however we will gladly exchange (in original tender) regular-priced, new merchandise within 10 days of purchase. Merchandise must not be worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached and accompanied by a valid receipt. Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

  • Exchanges will be processed within 24 hours of receiving your returned merchandise.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Gift Return & Exchange Policy

If you received merchandise as a gift and would like to exchange it, please contact us via email at info@rockhousestyle.com for assistance. You may exchange your gift within 10 days of the shipping date.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

You may only ship to one address per order.
If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. For corporate orders, please contact us via email at info@rockhousestyle.com for assistance and we’ll be happy to help you out.

Taxes & Duties

Your order may be subject to duties and taxes. Rock House Style cannot control and is not responsible for any duties and or taxes applied to your package. We advise you to contact your customs office for more information as policies may vary. If you refuse a shipment from Rock House Style, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning the package.

Order Adjustments

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately and we will try to accommodate changes or cancellation.
Out of Stock Merchandise
Is there something you want but it’s out of stock? Send us an email with your request to info@rockhousestyle.com and we will see what we can do about trying to get you what you want!

Order Tracking Information

Once an order has shipped, we’ll send you an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link to take you to the carrier’s website to track the progress of your shipment.
